Tropical Green Fruit Smoothie -- 1/2 Avocado, ripe/ 2 cups Baby spinach, packed/ 1 1/2 cups Mango, fresh or frozen/ 1 1/2 cups Pineapple, fresh or frozen refrigerated/ 2 cups Coconut or almond milk, unsweetened/ Nuts & Seeds =2 tbsp Chia seeds. — Place the spinach, avocado, chia seeds and coconut/almond milk in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
