My very first one! Not to bad I'd say....my inspiration was my hiking/outdoor loving friend. I wanted it to be modern, but nature inspired. So I used textured yarn in colors seen in the forest or mountains. The wood is a branch, broken down to size, with the knot still exposed on the top. She loved it!
