Cinnamon and Honey for weight Loss. Mix half a tbsp of Ceylon Cinnamon in 8 oz.hot water. Steep for 30 min then add 1 tbsp honey to taste. (Never add honey to hot water the enzymes will be destroyed.) Drink a cup in the morning 1/2 hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and at night before sleeping. If taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person.
