Water Squats Stand in the pool with your feet aligned with your hips. Lower your torso by bending your knees and pushing your butt in back of you into a sitting position. Make sure your feet stay flat on the ground. Squeeze your glutes to bring yourself back up to starting position. Repeat five times.
