The natarajasana/chapasana hybrid Not quite a dancer not exactly the sugar cane but a whatever it is its a challenging balance. It opens the shoulders stretches the hip flexors and hamstrings and opens the heart. Using props to find all of the elements - a strap for the grip and shoulder mobility (deep internal shoulder rotation) a block to create a lift and lengthening in the low ribs and support the balance.
