Fat Flush Chili 3 lbs ground beef, Cook until crumbly, then add: 2 Finely chopped Onions 2-4 Jalapeno peppers 2-4 cloves garlic 1 can diced tomatoes (w/juice) 3 C broth 1 T cumin (Mary: I sometimes add fennel seed too) 2 T oregano and basil cayenne cook for an hour or more garnish w/chopped green onion
